Oman has an almost ready hardware infrastructure. Uet, it is the software infrastructure that would transform Oman’s economy from it’s current stage (efficiency driven) to the innovative stage. A traditional way of thinking is not the vehicle to drive forward the fourth revolution, particularly when considering today’s challenges.
